Affiliate Terms (Draft)

This is a draft of the affiliate terms for review by a qualified lawyer. It is not legal advice and it is not final. Do not treat it as an offer or a contract until it is reviewed and published with an effective date.

We expect the final agreement to be needed before any commission is paid, because payment terms, tax handling, and remedies all depend on it.

You can apply if you are at least 18 years old and can enter a binding agreement. We review each application and may approve, decline, or ask for more information for any lawful reason.

Approved applicants receive their tracking link directly from us. Approval is manual at this stage.

Commission is a percentage of the amount the customer actually paid, after any customer discount, in the currency they paid, currently 25%. There are no flat per-sale amounts.

Refunded orders do not earn commission. Commission is reversed on refund.

Only sales that are tracked through your link and confirmed as paid are eligible. We may withhold or reverse commission on orders that are refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or that breach these terms.

Customers who arrive through an approved affiliate link receive 10% off. Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays after that discount.

We use a 45-day cookie to attribute a sale to the last affiliate link clicked. Attribution may also be reset or ignored where a customer uses a different link, clears cookies, or where we detect fraud or abuse.

These terms are not yet decided, so this draft does not promise them. We will confirm them before paying any commission.

You must not bid on our brand terms, send spam or unsolicited messages, make misleading or false claims, hide the affiliate relationship, or place self-referred or fake orders.

We may reverse commission and terminate an account for any breach of this section.

Affiliates must clearly disclose the relationship wherever they promote GetMyVisaPhoto, for example with a visible line such as "This post contains affiliate links."

You are responsible for complying with the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to you, including rules in your own country.

We do not guarantee any level of income, number of sales, traffic, or results. Nothing in this program is a promise of earnings.

Either side may end the affiliate relationship at any time. On termination we stop tracking new referrals, but commission already earned and not yet paid will still be handled under the final payment terms.

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated to active affiliates.
