Refund Policy

This policy describes when you may receive a refund for a paid VisaReady download. We do not offer an acceptance guarantee: the issuing authority makes the final acceptance decision, and our checks cannot guarantee approval.

• A technical/format error on our side prevented the download from being produced at the selected, verified format.
• You were charged but the clean download could not be unlocked due to an error we could not resolve.
• An accidental duplicate or unauthorized charge, on request, where we can verify it.

Refunds are not available solely because the issuing authority rejected or might reject the photo, since acceptance is outside our control and not promised.

Email refunds@visaready.app with your order code and a short description. We may ask you to confirm your order via the email used at checkout or by order code for security.

We aim to review requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method; provider processing time may vary. Where consumer law in your jurisdiction grants additional withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights are preserved.

Disputes are handled through your payment provider. Before filing a chargeback, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly.
