Terms of Service

VisaReady is an independent software service that prepares a digital photo for a selected visa-application format. The operating seller / controller is the legal entity behind VisaReady. Open item: legal name and registered address must be added before public launch.

VisaReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or visa authority.

VisaReady does not decide visa eligibility or whether a photo will be accepted. The issuing authority makes the final acceptance decision. We do not guarantee acceptance, compliance, approval, biometric verification, or ICAO verification.

Depending on the selected format, VisaReady may assess measurable factors such as output dimensions and format, face placement/framing, background signals, and image-quality signals. Not every requirement can be verified automatically, including whether a photo is recent, whether it is a true current likeness, whether it was edited before upload, any authority-specific exception, or final acceptance.

Where a country format is marked verified, requirements are sourced from a cited official source and last-reviewed on a stated date. Requirements can change or vary by country, visa type, embassy/consulate, application channel, nationality, age, or other circumstances. You are responsible for confirming the current official requirements for your route.

• You must have the right to use to the photo you upload (your own photo, or one you are authorized to use).
• You must not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or third-party images without permission.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 18, or a parent/legal guardian must authorize use and purchase on behalf of a minor (see also our Privacy Policy).

You grant VisaReady a narrow, temporary, non-exclusive permission to process the uploaded image solely to deliver the selected tool/service. Image analysis runs in your browser; VisaReady does not currently store uploaded photo bytes server-side. We do not claim the right to reuse, resell, or use your photo to train models, and we will not.

The preview you see before payment is free and watermarked. The clean, downloadable file is unlocked after payment. The price, currency, and what you receive are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party provider (Stripe, and for Vietnamese currency MoMo and/or VNPay) under their own terms and privacy policies.

A paid entitlement is confirmed by our backend and unlocks your clean download in this browser session. If you close the tab or clear sessionStorage before downloading, we may be able to recover your order entitlement (via your order code / email), but you may need to upload your photo again because we do not retain photo bytes server-side. Download after payment promptly to avoid losing access.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated here. Requests are evaluated for eligible technical-format issues; we do not offer an acceptance guarantee.

• Scraping or bulk automated use that bypasses payment or entitlements.
• Fraud, impersonation, or attempts to obtain services or data without authorization.
• Security testing or reverse engineering without permission.
• Any unlawful use.

We may suspend or refuse service for abuse, fraud, security threats, or unlawful use, with a support route for genuine errors.

VisaReady owns the site software, branding, and content. You retain rights in photos you upload, subject only to the narrow processing license above.

The service is provided “as is” and we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and rights in your jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your enhanced statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the operating entity, subject to mandatory consumer-law protections in your country of residence. Any governing-law and venue clause must be reviewed by legal counsel for your selling jurisdictions before public launch. Open item for the owner.
