Terms of Service

Photo guarantee: If the official portal rejects your photo because of formatting, we will fix it for free. If we cannot, you get a full refund to your original payment method. One claim per order, within 30 days of delivery. Claim codes are single use. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

GetMyVisaPhoto automatically formats your uploaded photo into a government-style visa photo and checks it against published technical specifications. The service costs $12.99 and delivers a digital JPEG, a 4×6 print sheet, and a ZIP, by download and email. We do not provide physical prints.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If a child's photo is submitted, a parent or guardian must submit it and consent on the child's behalf.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• You are the person in the photo, or you are authorized to submit it (e.g. as the parent/guardian of the person shown).
• You own the photo or have the right to use it.
• You consent to the processing of the photo, including automated facial analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy and Biometric Data Policy.

You may upload only a photo of yourself, or of a person you are the parent or guardian of and are authorized to submit on behalf of, as confirmed by the consent checkbox at checkout.

You may not upload:

• illegal content of any kind;
• forged, altered, or counterfeit identity documents;
• another person's personal data, photo, or document without that person's consent;
• content that infringes copyright or any third party's rights;
• offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material; or
• any image not genuinely intended for the visa photo purpose this service provides.

We reserve the right to refuse to process an order, decline to fulfill it, or remove submitted content if it violates this policy, and we will notify you if we do so. You remain responsible for the content you submit, and the indemnification obligation in Section 8 applies to content you had no right to submit.

We do not guarantee that any government, embassy, or issuing authority will accept your photo. GetMyVisaPhoto formats and checks your photo against published technical specifications, but the final decision to accept or reject a photo rests solely with the issuing authority, and acceptance depends on factors outside our control (including your pose, lighting, and the authority's discretion). Our automated checks are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not constitute a guarantee of acceptance.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim ($12.99). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and you retain all mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from a photo you uploaded without the right to do so.

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. You retain ownership of your photo and grant us a limited, temporary license to process and store it solely to provide and deliver the service, which ends when the photo is deleted. If you need a formal invoice (for example, for business or tax purposes) beyond the standard email receipt, email contact@norshadynamics.com within 30 days of purchase.

We may refuse or terminate service for any lawful reason. We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
