Cookie & Storage Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies and browser storage technologies VisaReady uses. We keep this distinct from marketing consent and from the analysis that runs on your device.

2. Necessary storage (no consent required)

  • sessionStorage (download unlock): holds a small session blob containing a prepared preview/clean file placeholder for the current tab, used to unlock your download after payment without a re-upload. It is necessary for our service, is not part of analytics, and clears when the tab closes.

3. Non-essential technologies

VisaReady does not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, advertising, pixels, or other non-essential technologies in the future, we will:

  • Ask for your consent before loading them, where required (for example under the UK PECR / EU ePrivacy rules).
  • Give you Accept / Reject / Manage choices.
  • Record your preference and let you withdraw it.

4. How to manage storage

You can clear sessionStorage and cookies through your browser settings at any time. Clearing sessionStorage before you finish your download may require you to either download promptly or recover your order and re-upload (see our Terms and Privacy Policy).

VisaReady is an independent visa-photo tool and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate, or visa authority. Acceptance is determined solely by the issuing authority. This content is informational and does not constitute legal advice.

We use privacy-safe, first-party analytics (visits, page views) to improve VisaReady. We do not run third-party marketing trackers or cookies. Analytics is off until you choose.
